Refund policy

At Bold Basics, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in new condition.

  • Be returned with all original tags and packaging (where applicable).

  • Pass our inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, alterations, or are missing original tags or packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Wrong Item or Wrong Size Sent

If you receive the wrong item or the wrong size due to our mistake, we will gladly provide either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement or exchange

There will be no additional cost to you in these cases.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement or exchange

at no additional cost.

Please note that this policy applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Size Exchange

If you would like to exchange your jacket because the size or fit is not suitable:

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the jacket back to our warehouse.

  • Please contact our customer support team to request the return warehouse address before sending your item.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned jacket, we will ship your replacement.

A $50 shipping fee applies for shipping the exchanged jacket to you.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

After this period, production or processing may have already begun, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Refund Process

For approved returns, refunds, or reimbursements:

  • The returned item must first be received and inspected by our team.

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned merchandise is inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

If the returned item is found to be:

  • Worn or used

  • Damaged or stained

  • Altered in any way

  • Missing original tags or packaging

we reserve the right to:

  • Reject the return,

  • Return the item back to you, or

  • Deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to cover the loss in value, depending on the condition of the item.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, exchange, or report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will provide you with the next steps, including the return warehouse address if applicable.
