Payment must be completed before production begins. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel fraudulent orders, or refuse any order at our discretion.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
Once production has begun, cancellations can no longer be accepted because every jacket is produced specifically for your order.
Shipping
All shipping, production timelines, estimated delivery dates, customs information, and courier details are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their jacket.
Bold Basics is not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning, misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
